Life House opened in 2024, upstairs from the bar at Life. The rooms share their names with three beaches surfers know well, but the board is optional: people come here to slow down, and a swimsuit is all you need.

From 7 am to sunset

Breakfast is at the bar downstairs, open from 7 am, and the beach is right in front. Room guests get 15% off lunch and dinner at Life Cafè & Restaurant; in the evening, there’s an aperitivo at sunset.

The two big ones, Nazaré and Somo, look out to sea. Peniche, the smallest, looks over the gulf of Follonica. They all have a balcony.

Good to know.

Do the rooms have a sea view?

Yes, all three have a balcony with a sea view. Nazaré and Somo, the big ones for up to 4 guests, face Pratoranieri beach; Peniche, for two, looks over the gulf of Follonica.

Check-in, parking, pets: what should I know?

Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm. Parking is available by reservation only: ask for it when you book. Pets are not allowed at Life House.

Do guests get a discount at the restaurant?

Yes. If you stay at Life House, lunch and dinner at Life Cafè & Restaurant come with 15% off.

Is there a tourist tax?

From 1 April to 31 October, yes: it’s the Follonica tourist tax, €1.50 per person per night, for up to 15 nights in a row. Follonica residents and under-16s don’t pay it, and from November to March there isn’t one.
